The Field of Dandelions

We stand in an immense field of dandelions; people everywhere. Many of these people we do not recognize, and thus we tend to pass by without a thought of who they are or where they come from. But just like Dandelions, they are more than just strangers or weeds filling in where other flowers aren't. Instead, they are people with hopes, dreams, fears, and experiences that you couldn't even begin to imagine. As I am on a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, I will be working in this field of dandelions and searching for the ones that don't know they are more than just earth's weeds. As I reach out to these dandelions, I pray that I will be able to open their eyes to the knowledge that each one of us are beautiful flowers of our own because we are children of a Heavenly Father who not only loves us, but desperately wants each of us to return home.

Where are you going? And when are you leaving again?

The two questions I am almost tired of answering but am excited to answer at the same time.  And I'll probably be answering at least what mission I am in for the rest of my life, so I'll get used to it! :)  Here's my AWESOME answers!!

I've been called as a missionary for
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints
to the
Brazil Sao Paulo Interlagos Mission.

I will report to the MTC in Sao Paulo Brazil
(visa permitting)
on
July 17th, 2013.

I Can't Wait!! :)
